For the conference portion, we provided full A/V support, including a standout double-sided circle set that created a high-impact focal point in the room and helped the general session feel modern, clean, and memorable. Beyond the meeting space, we also coordinated several Nashville-area experiences for guests, including golf at Franklin Bridge Golf Club, a Backstage Nashville experience at 3rd & Lindsley, and a Pontoon Saloon outing complete with Hattie B’s. Transportation was managed for key offsite movements, including transfers to Nashville Gun Club, Franklin Bridge Golf Club, Pontoon Saloon, and 3rd & Lindsley, helping the full program move smoothly from meeting moments to memorable local experiences.
Boardwalk Pipelines 2026
For this repeat Nashville program, our team had the opportunity to support a longtime client who returns to the city often and wanted a refreshed experience without completely reinventing the feel of their event. We helped elevate the welcome reception with updated décor, florals, and thoughtful branded guest gifts, including custom money clips and phone wallets that added a personal touch without feeling overdone. While the entertainment was handled separately, our team focused on creating a polished environment that felt familiar, fresh, and aligned with the client’s existing program style.
A Nashville Experience 2026
We brought a polished Nashville experience to life for a private group of senior-level marketing leaders from Fortune 100 brands. Our team supported the program with welcome reception entertainment, singer/songwriter break moments, custom décor at the Country Music Hall of Fame, and transportation support throughout the guest experience.
Each detail was designed to complement the tone of the program while giving attendees a stronger connection to the city. The singer/songwriter moments added a true Nashville touch without disrupting the flow of the conference, while the décor helped create a warm, memorable setting for the offsite event. Behind the scenes, our team also supported airport transfers and transportation to the offsite venue, helping the experience feel seamless from arrival through the final event moment. The result was a sophisticated, locally inspired program that reflected the energy of Nashville while keeping the client’s brand and guest experience at the center.

Journeys x Birkenstocks
Journeys Shoes International Sales Conference was in full swing this year! Kicking off night one, Birkenstock hosted their after party at Skydeck on 5th and Broadway. We brought in lights, games, virtual reality, live performers and even a physic for this epic night.
Journeys x Doc Martens
Guests entered to see a mass spread of food and beverages, alien decor, and caged dancers on either on side of the live DJ center stage. Throughout the night, attendees were tasked with finding 8 hidden alien head QR Codes- the person with the most scans at the end of the night won a prize! To close out the night, Dr. Martens secured rap and hip-hop legend, Nelly to perform a one-of-a-lifetime private concert. With all attendees partied to the max, buses were ready and waiting to chauffeur them back to their hotels.
Vanderbilt Alumni Weekend
Starting off with a welcome party at Nissan Stadium with a guest performance by Boys ll Men, and ending with dunking OIe Miss fans in a dunk tank, this Alumni weekend was one for the books. We brought in yard games, custom branded bars, giant props and even a magician to help make the three-day celebration a victory!
Iron Light Labs
Iron Light Labs' two-day extravaganza is a journey through the realms of imagination, with each day meticulously themed to captivate and thrill. From the mystical allure of a Hocus Pocus film festival, to the quirky and unconventional Beetlejuice-themed conference that pushes the boundaries of creativity, and culminating in a Stranger Things afterparty. We blended fantasy and reality, creating an immersive experience like no other.
Puppy Bowl
At the Mars Puppy Bowl event, attendees were treated to an unforgettable experience where adorable pups roamed and played on a specially prepared turf. The event featured a dedicated photo op area where guests could capture precious moments with these charming four-legged companions. In the puppy zone, complete with lush greenery, the pups delighted everyone with their playful energy, spreading joy and laughter throughout.
Next Women of Country
We turned City Winery Nashville into a blooming garden party for the 10th anniversary of CMT’s Next Women of Country! The trees that encompass the whimsical essence, were custom build and produced with our new CNC machine. Our designers then hand-dressed all of the white branches with colorful florals.
Dexter Client Reception
Every year Dexter brings their A-game when it comes to branding and party planning! We customized their event from top to bottom with signage, decor, branded gifting and coordination of venue and transportation. They know how to throw a party!
